FAQs

What is the main purpose of the LMI-13 Mechanical Interlock?

It ensures that two main circuits cannot be operated at the same time, providing safe manual switching between dual power sources such as mains and generator supplies.

Where can the LMI-13 be used?

It is ideal for residential buildings, hotels, business clubs, shopping malls, and similar installations requiring controlled switching between two power lines.

How is the LMI-13 installed?

The device is assembled between two or more stage circuit breakers using a DIN-rail mounting system, allowing for quick integration and reliable mechanical interlocking.

What environmental conditions can it operate in?

It performs reliably in temperatures from –35°C to +70°C, with humidity tolerance up to 90% at +20°C and altitudes up to 3000 meters.

What makes the LMI-13 a safe interlocking solution?

Its mechanical design prevents accidental simultaneous circuit operation, providing a simple yet effective fail-safe switching mechanism without the need for auxiliary power.
