On the afternoon of November 15th, the “2022 Zhejiang-Czech Industry Matchmaking Conference” co-sponsored by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government and the Zhejiang Federation of Industry and Commerce was successfully held in Hangzhou.
This event aims to deepen the pragmatic cooperation between Zhejiang and Central and Eastern European countries, and has received strong support from the Czech Embassy in China and the Czech Consulate General in Shanghai.
CHINT Group, as one of the representatives of Zhejiang enterprises, made a speech and shared the experience of cooperation with the Czech Republic.
CHINT entered the Czech Republic in 2011. At that time, it considered that the Czech Republic was geographically located in the center of Europe and served as a bridge connecting the Eastern and Western European markets. At the same time, it had a cost advantage over Germany and Western European countries.
CHINT (Noak Europe) deployed in Central Europe in 2011, using the Czech Republic as an enabling platform for Central Europe, supporting the operations of companies in Poland, Romania, the Baltic Sea, Serbia, and Bulgaria. CHINT focuses on the development of electrical appliances, and its products are widely used in traditional and new energy fields such as solar energy, intelligent power distribution, electric vehicles, and energy storage.
After 11 years of continuous hard work, CHINT is based on cooperation with leading customers, such as the famous Czech automobile brand Skoda, the Czech national power company CEZ, etc.
Facing the future, CHINT is also duty-bound to launch the zero-carbon plan in Europe. Our strategy is to deepen the development of photovoltaic new energy, industrial automation, electric vehicle-charging pile infrastructure construction, focus on carbon reduction and consumption reduction, and create value for enterprises and society.
Taking the European Green Transportation Plan as an example, the three major automobile factories of Skoda, Hyundai, and Toyota-Peugeot-Citroen, which are the pillar industries of the Czech Republic, are all launching electric and hybrid vehicles.
It is estimated that by 2030, the number of electric vehicles in the Czech Republic will reach 500,000. With the construction of 35,000 charging stations, CHINT Czech has begun to focus on electric vehicle electrical solutions to help the development of the Czech clean transportation strategy.
CHINT is also actively developing school-enterprise cooperation in the Czech Republic. This year is the third consecutive year that the “Noark fulfill your dream” (Noark fulfill your dream) event has been held. Up to now, 74 schools (electrical engineering majors) in the Czech Republic and surrounding areas have registered to participate in this event.
CHINT donated power teaching material packages to the registered colleges for daily teaching and training to help students make new electrical designs and creative solutions, and some students have joined CHINT through this activity. The top three winning teams will also receive 3D printers and dream funds. Through years of school-enterprise cooperation, one is to support the development of local education, and at the same time demonstrate CHINT’s social responsibility.
As a “going global” Zhejiang private enterprise, CHINT Czech adheres to the business philosophy of “creating value for customers, seeking development for employees, and taking responsibility for society”, and will continue to strive to become the world’s leading provider of smart energy solutions, so that electric energy is safer, greener, more convenient and more efficient. Don’t forget the original intention.
