Following the landing of CHINT Global Vietnam warehouse and Kazakhstan warehouse in 2021, CHINT Global Kenya warehouse, which is located in the core of East Africa, has also officially opened for business.
Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, where the CHINT Kenyan warehouse is located, is one of the largest international cities in East Africa. The city has two international airports, of which Jomo Kenyatta International Airport is the hub of Kenya’s international routes. The new warehouse is backed by the port of Mombasa and has convenient and fast transportation. It can realize the distribution in major cities in Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania within 10 days, with an average increase of about 70% in timeliness.
The successful implementation of Kenyan warehouse not only improved the functions of CHINT Kenya subsidiary, enabling it to effectively respond to market emergencies and improve regional after-sales service, but also further expanded sales channels and improved the competitiveness of CHINT products in the local market.
The new warehouse of CHINT Global is a vivid embodiment of adhering to the concept of “customer-centered”, which can better respond to customer needs, shorten delivery cycle and improve customer experience. In the future, the Kenyan warehouse, which is currently positioned as a national warehouse, will continue to expand its service scope, fully covering the markets of Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda by 2023, and expand the markets of 10 countries in East Africa by 2024.
Up to now, CHINT Global has 13 overseas warehouses. In 2022, it will continue to lay more national warehouses in Asia Pacific, Africa and other places to expand the coverage. From “Going Global” to the in-depth implementation of the “localization” strategy, CHINT Global continues to cultivate the local market and focuses on building a global regional logistics warehouse and localized sales network.
