CHINT Appearance on SEER ALGERIA

MAR 7, 2019

The second edition of SEER electricity and renewable energies exhibition was held from February 10th to 13th, 2019 in Algiers. Considered to be Algeria's first international trade event simultaneously dedicated to the electricity and renewable energy industries, the SEER has brought together more than 120 national and international exhibitors, including CHINT. Through the participation in a large stand with unique booth design, CHINT showed its commitment to the Algerian electricity market as an essential operator. Through the different solutions provided by CHINT experts’ team on site, the participants found out that CHINT equipment and solutions are targeted and perfectly meet the needs of local customers.

Thanks to the well-inspired booth design and the commitment of the team, CHINT’s stand received a large number of visitors from diverse areas of specialization such as installers, resellers as well as end customers. Those visitors were interested in developing business opportunities with CHINT in the future. They enthusiastically participated in the CHINT discovery game while enjoying the particular animation related to the celebration of the Chinese New Year that was launched on the stand. And in the last day a well-known local chain Chourouk News had made a TV interview about the activities and vision of CHINT in Algeria.

During the inauguration of SEER, Mr. Mohamed Arkab, the president of SONELGAZ Group which is the main electricity provider in Algeria, visited CHINT’s stand. CHINT team had the chance to exchange with him concerning the desire of CHINT to invest in Algeria. In facts, CHINT group had succeeded in establishing a partnership with local company Intelec to implement the NB1L assembly unit. Furthermore, CHINT obtained the NB1L homologation certificate as a proof of the quality control of the products. Mr Arkab hailed this approach and showed his desire to support CHINT development effort in Algeria.

 

Besides, the team on site had the honor to welcome Mr. KINANE who holds the position of Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry and who is also the CEO of the group of public companies specialized in the electrical and electronic industry knowns as "ELEC ELDjazair". Mr. KINANE has been impressed by CHINT offers and expressed the hope to develop this field by CHINT because according to him, the market is very demanding.

Through this exhibition, CHINT once again showed its advanced technology, suitable, reliable service and promoted its international first-class brand image. In 2019, CHINT will deepen the internationalization and localization strategy to further strengthen the development and cooperation of industrial and project customers. In addition, CHINT will commit to contributing in International brand power for the development of domestic electricity in Algeria.
