  • High-Conductivity Graphene Composite Material: Boasts a conductivity of 109.6% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard). Calculations show that for every 1% IACS increase in conductivity, annual electricity savings per kilometer of transmission line range from 1,000 to 2,500 kWh. If applied across approximately 6.3 million kilometers of transmission lines at 10kV and above nationwide, the annual electricity savings could reach 50–126 billion kWh, equivalent to the annual power generation of an additional Three Gorges Hydropower Station.

03 Load Reduction: Exploring Pathways to Energy Efficiency Improvement

Taking China as an example, parks represent a massive economic scale with high industrial concentration, making them a critical battleground for achieving the "Dual-Carbon" goals.

Efforts toward decarbonization at the park level have undergone a systematic evolution, shifting from eco-parks to the pursuit of zero-carbon targets. In terms of standard system development, by November 2025, China had already released four local standards and nearly 30 group standards related to zero-carbon parks, with national-level standards also being accelerated.
