OUVT-1 Over/under voltage release

The OUVT-1 Over/Under Voltage Release is designed to provide voltage protection when assembled with CHINT NB1-63 series circuit breakers. It automatically trips the breaker when the supply voltage exceeds or falls below safe operating limits, safeguarding electrical equipment from voltage fluctuations. Operating at AC 240V, 50Hz, and with a mechanical and electrical life of over 4000 cycles, the OUVT-1 ensures stable performance and reliable protection for residential and commercial electrical systems.

Function: Provides overvoltage and undervoltage protection when paired with NB1-63 circuit breakers
Applicable Circuit Breaker: NB1-63 series
Rated Operating Voltage (Ue): AC 240V, 50Hz
Rated Insulation Voltage (Ui): 500V
Overvoltage Operation Setting Value (Uvo): 280V
Operating Characteristics:
- Trips breaker when voltage decreases to 35% Ue or rises to 95%–105% of Uvo
- Prevents breaker closure when voltage <35% Ue or >105% Uvo
- Allows normal operation when voltage is between 85% Ue and 95% Uvo
Voltage Upper Limit: ≤110% of overvoltage operation setting value
Mechanical & Electrical Life: ≥4000 cycles (500 overvoltage trips, 500 undervoltage trips, 3000 breaker operations)
Mounting Type: Mounted on TH35-7.5 DIN rail with circuit breaker assembly
Installation Position: On the left side of NB1-63 breaker (remove left cover before installation)
