The success of the Intelligent RMU project in Saudi Arabia has taken a crucial first step for CHINT to establish its medium voltage products in the Saudi market. After the concerted efforts of CHINT global business and marketing department, CHINT production line technical department, and CHINT research institute research department , it passed the KEMA test certification within the contract period and was put into the grid on schedule.
The intelligent RMU project for the Saudi market demands extremely high technical and quality requirements, encountering many difficulties during delivery. The CHINT team faced these challenges directly with the “Shining Sword Spirit”, showing great courage and determination.
In the end, both the technical level and quality standards of project delivery were praiseworthy, demonstrating the strong potential and fighting spirit of the CHINT team.
During the R&D period, CHINT marketing and business departments decisively decided to invest in R&D and successfully broke through the SEC medium voltage products high certification threshold; the research institute and production line dared to take responsibility for decision-making, determining the technical plan; while the R&D staff bravely assumed responsibility, constantly improving product quality and performance, passing the KEMA test certification.
After the product successfully passed the KEMA test certification, the business department centered on customers, and under the pressure of no signed contract, considering the complicated cooperation process of our customers, they decided to prepare materials and start production in advance to ensure the delivery date.
During the manufacturing stage, due to the tight delivery time and high product process requirements, challenges such as difficult site turnover and severely understaffed. Faced with these difficulties, the factory management team, CHINT International Quality Department, and project management resident team went deep into the front line, leading the team to coordinate resources on site, turn around the stagnant link, and quickly adjust and deal with the situation on site.
Finally, CHINT integrated the centripetal force of team cooperation, the struggle against difficulties, and the courage to break through, and successfully delivered the Saudi Intelligent RMU project.
