The Company proposes a cash dividend of RMB 6 for every 10 shares (inclusive of tax), totaling RMB 1.277 billion.

In Q1 2026, the company recorded revenue of RMB 21.303 billion, up 46.3% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders, excluding non-recurring items, amounted to RMB 1.210 billion, representing an 11.3% year-on-year increase. CHINT, in collaboration with China Unicom, has contributed to the Zhongwei Data Center in Ningxia by providing full-chain, end-to-end power solutions that ensure the stable operation of large-scale computing centers. Leveraging its extensive expertise in high-reliability electrical equipment and intelligent power distribution, CHINT participated throughout the project lifecycle, delivering comprehensive power solutions to support the “Eastern Data, Western Computing” initiative and driving its in-depth development.
