A company with diverse teams can better understand and meet the needs of different markets. CHINT believes that every employee can continue to develop on this borderless stage, and then better realize his or her personal value.

A dazzling array of interactive devices and interesting cultural surroundings, such as “cover characters”, “gong-beating ceremony”, “annual art painting”, “global staff style wall” and “community billboard”, are all dotted in the bright and open workplace, which makes people feel shining. This is the real scene where CHINT embodies the “borderless” core spirit in the office space, and it is also an important connotation of CHINT’s culture. The paintings are made up of recycling bottle caps and the robot “Dazhuang”, which all show CHINT’s boundless creativity.

The annual “Culture Month” is an all-round cultural exhibition and inventory from the inside to outside, from top to bottom, and from departments to companies. Employees’ minds are widely open, and various activities are carried out vividly. For example, the MV《EmPower the World》played at an annual meeting with the theme of “Borderless” has the same connotation. Everybody from different backgrounds and with different skin colors interacts and communicates in various wonderful activities to deepen mutual understanding and cultural identity.

And the “cultural ambassador system” has also crossed the boundaries of regions, races, humanities and even ideas through borderless cultural initiatives. CHINT has linked everyone together and formed a shared, diverse and inclusive family. In this big family, everyone has unlimited possibilities. Employees work side by side, explore together, innovate constantly, forge ahead, and realize the common mission.

As a microcosm of CHINT’s practice of DEI values, CHINT has been devoted to this event and initiative again and again, which help itself growing to be a more diversified, equal and inclusive company, except for being selected into the list of “Outstanding Employers in China” published by Top Employers Institute for two consecutive years. Besides, CHINT was recently listed on Bloomberg Green 2024 “DEI Human Kindness Loving Workplace” in July of this year.

Since joining the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) in 2021, CHINT has always believed that promoting gender equality is essential to achieve 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is worth mentioning that CHINT joined the “Forward Faster” project and the “Target Gender Equality” project organized by the UNGC in 2023, promising to further achieve gender equality by 2030.
