What is the main function of the NC6 AC Contactor?

It remotely makes and breaks AC circuits and, when combined with a thermal relay, provides overload protection for motors and other electrical loads. 

 

What motor ratings can it handle?

The NC6 can control motors up to 4 kW at 400 V, making it suitable for small machinery, HVAC systems, and automation panels.

 

What coil voltages are available?

It supports AC coils from 24 V to 400 V, allowing flexible use in various control circuit designs.

 

What auxiliary contacts and accessories are available?

Optional NCF6 auxiliary contact blocks (1NO, 1NC, 2NO, 2NC, etc.) and NC6-11.5 overload relays can be assembled for enhanced control and protection. 

 

What environmental and installation conditions apply?

The NC6 operates reliably between −5 °C and +40 °C, at altitudes ≤ 2,000 m, and can be mounted on DIN rails with up to ±30° tilt.
