As March draws to a close, we look back on CHINT's warm celebration of International Women's Day, held on March 6—a working Friday ahead of the official holiday on Sunday—to ensure all female colleagues could fully participate in the festivities.
The celebration spanned CHINT’s headquarters offices in Shanghai, Wenzhou and Hangzhou, where thoughtful and intimate activities were prepared to honor every woman on the team. Colleagues were greeted with surprise blind boxes filled with curiosity and small delights, fresh flowers that symbolized appreciation for their light and strength, and a dedicated sticky note wall—adorned with hand-drawn portraits of "different yous" and equipped with pens—that invited everyone to share messages of encouragement, self-expression and connection.
Beyond these warm gestures, the celebration embodies CHINT’s long-standing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across its global footprint. CHINT has always regarded its employees as its most valuable asset, and this celebration is a tangible reflection of that belief. It reinforces that "Boundless"—a core value of CHINT—not only refers to the company’s global business reach, but also to the unlimited potential of every individual, regardless of gender, background or location.
By celebrating women at headquarters, CHINT reaffirms the dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace worldwide, where every woman is empowered to be herself, grow freely and contribute her unique strength to the company’s shared journey. This commitment to DEI is not just a corporate responsibility, but a strategic driver of innovation and growth, uniting CHINT’s global team across over 140 countries and regions in a culture of respect and mutual empowerment.
