CHINT has completed a global upgrade of its customer service system, establishing an enhanced customer service network designed to deliver more efficient, professional, and customer-focused support for customers operating across regions, markets, and regulatory environments.

The network is being deployed through a phased regional rollout, with the Asia-Pacific region becoming the first to enter operation. Additional regions are scheduled for activation within the current year, following standardized service governance principles and operational readiness assessments.

At this stage, service coverage includes Low-voltage Electrical and Power Transmission & Distribution businesses. The network will be progressively expanded to support additional industrial sectors as part of CHINT’s long-term global service development roadmap.

The Upgraded Key Service Features

  • Scenario-Based Customization: The service framework also supports scenario-based and customized requirements, enabling tailored solutions aligned with specific business and application needs.
  • End-to-End Service Coverage: An end-to-end online service model is provided across pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales stages. CHINT manages internal coordination and case tracking throughout the process to ensure timely and complete resolution.
  • Professional Technical Support: Customers have direct access to professional technical teams for product and application-related support. Streamlined service processes and defined response mechanisms are designed to improve efficiency and reduce resolution time.
  • Multilingual Service Access: The network supports multilingual communication through online and email channels, currently available in Chinese, English, and Spanish, enabling efficient and accurate cross-border engagement.
