On July 18th, CHINT Egypt office had honor to held a big seminar in Cairo for the opening ceremony for our logistics center, service center & launching next series. We had invited Mr. Zhao the chines council in Alexandria, also Mr. Medhat Ramadan EGEMAC, the general manager and other VIP customers from housing, consultants, construction companies with our distributors and some university professors.
Mr. Zhao, the Chinese ambassador to Alexandria made the opening speech, giving a high evaluation of the cooperation between Egypt and China in many fields in additional to thanks words for CHINT. And Mr. Medhat Ramadan also highlights the ways of cooperation and the strategy of CHINT localization in Egypt in his speech. Also he mentioned the big cooperation of china government and Egypt government in order to develop and promote more projects here in Egypt in the future.
Mr. Jeff, the vice general manager of CHINT West Asia and Africa mentioned that according to CHINT global sales strategy, until now, there are 10 CHINT national distribution central warehouse covering 5 global state, with Over 30,000 employees from 50 countries, serving over 80,000 customers worldwide. And we’re also building 8 CHINT oversea service centers to promote the construction of local service network including India, Russia, Malaysia, Czech, Spain, USA，Brazil. This is the first CHINT oversea customer service center here in Egypt and our mission is to improve the sales and service network system, to provide value-added services to our customers
For launching, some VIP attendance are invited to stage for cutting ribbon which including Mr. Zhao, Mr. Medhat Ramadan , Mr. Jeff , Mr. Ahmed Abdelhady, the chairman of CHINT EGEMAC, and Mr. Yousef Elnemake, CHINT Egypt distributors representative.
A series of presentation of CHINT group and logistics& service center was followed by the ceremony. Mr. Hesham Saleh, who is the CHINT Egypt marketing manager gave a presentation of CHINT global and also launching for CHINT next series. And the strategy of the logistic center in Egypt is presented by Mr. Tek, who is CHINT international logistics manager. He gave the introduction about the function of CHINT logistics center in Egypt. There are many benefits after CHINT owns its warehouse here in Egypt, for increasing the capacity of local storage and decrease time of delivery, which will largely increase CHINT’s market share in Egypt.
For the ceremony we hold this slogan of “We are here for caring.”, for showing CHINT’s concern of after-sales service and customer value. Mr. Deyaa Baraka, who is the customer service manager in CHINT Egypt made a brief introduction of the service center and carried the message that CHINT is ready for satisfying any customer need at any time. In the last part of ceremony we organized an old to new activity to inviting all the customer exchange with new CHINT product. Customers were invited to bring with maximum 30 pieces of old MCB of any brand which we mentioned this in our invitation to exchange with brand new MCB from CHINT.
Since CHINT EGEMAC factory was founded in 2017, this is another significant step in the course of CHINT’s globalization in Egypt.
