HV Capacitor Factory

CHINT High-Voltage Capacitor Manufacturing Department focuses on the research and development of power capacitor units, special capacitor units, and complete device products. It is a supplier with full-scenario system solution capabilities, and its products are widely used in various industries such as electric power, metallurgy, new energy, petrochemical, and rail transit.The high-voltage capacitor production base is located in Building No. 5 of CHINT Intelligent Electric Northwest Industrial Park, with a modern production plant covering over 6,000 square meters, including approximately 800 square meters of purification rooms for capacitor unit production. The main production equipment includes 2 fully automatic winding machines, 3 semi-automatic winding machines, 3 vacuum drying impregnation systems, and 1 fully automatic cleaning line. The annual production of capacitor units is about 18,000 units, with an annual capacity of approximately 600,000 kVAR. The products meet national standards, IEC, IEE, and local standards. The technical level is leading domestically and advanced internationally. The main products are exported to various countries around the world, including Mexico, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
