FAQs

What is the function of the UVT-X3 Under-voltage Release?

It automatically trips the NXB-125 circuit breaker when the voltage falls below 35 % of its rated value, preventing unsafe operating conditions and protecting connected loads.

How does the UVT-X3 behave under voltage fluctuations?

When voltage is between 35 % and 70 % of Ue, the breaker trips open; below 35 % Ue it cannot close, and normal operation resumes once voltage exceeds 85 % Ue (never beyond 110 % Ue).

Which circuit breakers are compatible with UVT-X3?

The UVT-X3 is designed for the NXB-125 series MCBs, ensuring precise mechanical fit and optimal electrical performance.

How is the UVT-X3 installed?

Remove the right-side cover of the NXB-125 breaker, attach the UVT-X3 module, and mount the assembly on a TH35-7.5 steel DIN rail.

What is its expected operational life?

The UVT-X3 is rated for at least 4000 operating cycles, offering long-term reliability for commercial and industrial installations.
