NJVA1 Voltage and Current Protector

The NJVA1 voltage and current protector is an intelligent modular protection device designed for 230V AC, 50Hz systems with rated currents up to 100A. It automatically monitors and adjusts for overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent conditions, quickly cutting off power to prevent equipment damage. When voltage or current normalizes, it reconnects the circuit after a preset delay, ensuring uninterrupted operation in unattended environments.

With an inbuilt real-time voltage/current display, NJVA1 is ideal for AC power systems, generator sets, substations, factories, and machine rooms, protecting equipment from grid fluctuations, sudden power failures, or operational errors. This protector enhances safety and reliability in industrial and commercial electrical systems.

FAQs

What is the main function of the NJVA1 Voltage and Current Protector?

It monitors voltage and current in AC systems, disconnecting the circuit during overvoltage, undervoltage, or overcurrent conditions and automatically reconnecting when parameters return to normal.

What is the adjustable voltage range?

Users can set the undervoltage cut-off between 140–200V and overvoltage cut-off between 240–300V depending on system requirements.

Can the overcurrent protection be adjusted?

Yes, the overcurrent cut-off is adjustable from 1–63A or 10–100A, depending on the selected model.

How is the NJVA1 installed?

It’s designed for standard DIN-rail mounting, suitable for quick integration into distribution panels.

Where is the NJVA1 typically used?

It’s widely used in power distribution systems, substations, generator panels, and factories to protect sensitive electrical equipment from damage caused by voltage or current anomalies.
