It provides earth leakage and residual current protection to prevent electric shock and fire caused by insulation faults — without offering over-current protection.

 

What types of residual currents does it detect?

As a Type B RCCB, it detects sinusoidal AC, pulsating DC, and smooth DC residual currents, making it ideal for modern installations with inverters, EV chargers, and electronic loads.

 

What are the rated sensitivities available?

It is available in 30mA, 100mA, and 300mA sensitivities — covering personal protection, indirect contact protection, and fire prevention respectively.

 

Is the NL210 suitable for both single-phase and three-phase circuits?

Yes — the 2P version is designed for single-phase (230V AC) systems, and the 4P version for three-phase (400V AC) systems.
