The ZT-830 Series Intelligent Capacitor Controller is an advanced reactive power compensation controller designed for intelligent low-voltage capacitor systems. Using a high-precision power acquisition chip and MCU processor, it provides real-time monitoring and automatic control of intelligent capacitors. With Modbus-based RS485 communication, LED display, and multiple protection functions, the ZT-830 ensures accurate compensation, efficient networking, and enhanced capacitor safety in industrial and commercial power distribution systems.

It automatically manages and monitors reactive power compensation by controlling intelligent capacitors, optimizing power factor, and improving power quality in low-voltage systems.

 

How does the ZT-830 protect the system?

It offers comprehensive protection against over-voltage, under-voltage, under-current, overheating, and harmonic distortion. When parameters exceed limits, it disconnects affected capacitors to ensure safe operation.

 

What communication protocol does it use?

The controller communicates via RS485 and supports the Modbus standard protocol, enabling PC integration and remote data transmission.

 

What’s the difference between ZT-830GB and ZT-830FB?

ZT-830GB is designed for three-phase simultaneous compensation, while ZT-830FB supports both simultaneous and phase-splitting hybrid compensation modes.
