On December 7th, Spain lost to Morocco in a penalty shootout in the early hours and missed out on the last eight in this World Cup. This is the fourth time in the history of the Matador World Cup that they have lost a penalty shootout. How to make a comeback is the next thing that the passionate Spanish team need to think about. But life is not all about football and CHINT Spain are well on their way to achieving their goals unstopably.
As CHINT’s first overseas subsidiary, CHINT Spain was the first to come into contact with the mature concept of corporate social responsibility, and applied its technical strengths in the electrical field to localization to help more people enjoy a convenient electric life , to promote local economic and environmental development.
Since 2013, CHINT Spain has been dedicated through school-enterprise cooperation project “Focus on the Future”, the public environmental protection project “Solidarity Challenge”,spreading positivity among our local communitie.
Focus on future Plan
The future of electrics talents is highly concerned by CHINT. In 2013, CHINT Spain launched the “Focus on the Future Plan”, in connection with the Spanish Electrical Institute, and opened electrical-themed public classes every month, which provide students with the electrical knowledge from the market side, product side, and technology side.
Students are more inspired by the corporate side of the electrical industry. Since the establishment of the project, CHINT Spain has provided more than 10,000 hours of free courses to more than 3,000 students.
Low-Carbon Mobility Challenge
In order to promote a green and healthy way of travel and improve people’s awareness and prevention of stroke diseases, on June 14, 2021, CHINT Spanish and local charitable foundation Freno al Ictus launched Low-Carbon Mobility Team Challenge which lasts 30 days.
This challenge spanned the Eurasian continent, from Madrid to Shanghai, spanning a distance of 1,0253 kilometers. The schedule is divided into 4 stages, each stage has corresponding goals.
During the race, participants will walk, run, cycle, or even swim in place of energy-consuming transportation and compete as a team. The goals achieved at each stage of the challenge will be donated to charitable foundations that help stroke patients.
In May 2021, CHINT joined UNGC, a great recognition of CHINT’s practice of economic, social and environmental responsibilities in corporate development, and also expresses that Chint engraves sustainable development in the genes of corporate development firm belief.

In the next step, CHINT will continue to carry out school-enterprise innovation cooperation projects in Czech Republic, Egypt, Singapore, Brazil and other places. In Spain, Italy, Turkey and other places will carry out various projects around “Low Carbon”, “Environmental Protection”, “Ecological Diversity”, etc. , as well as some projects to help local disadvantaged groups, and truly give back to the local community.
