Relay Workshop

The Relay Manufacturing Department's Digital Workshop, established in 2020, primarily produces JZX-22F, NXJ, and other series of products. It features 3 fully automated production lines, each with a total length of 85 meters. Utilizing IT tools such as automation, lean manufacturing, and informatization, the workshop integrates an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System). The production lines consist of a parts processing section and an assembly section, both designed independently by CHINT. Key components of the products are manufactured in-house, with the workshop's supply capacity exceeding 72,000 units per day. The straight-through yield rate of the entire line can reach 81%, with a reduction of 135 manual workers compared to before, and the workshop has obtained 5 utility model patents and 1 invention patent. The product performance and process advancement are comparable to Omron, a competitive product, and far exceed other competitors. The JZX-22F/4Z automated production line is the second fully automated relay production line in the industry and has been horizontally expanded to 3 full-process automated production lines to date.
