FAQs

What is the NXZ(H)B Automatic Transfer Switching Equipment used for?

It automatically transfers load circuits between two power sources (e.g., grid–grid or grid–generator), ensuring continuous power supply for critical loads in industrial, commercial, and residential environments.

What are the control options available?

Two control types are available:

A Type: Standard automatic/manual transfer.

C Type: Intelligent control with RS-485 communication, generator control, and fire-fighting linkage functions

How does the NXZ(H)B enhance system safety?

It includes over-voltage, under-voltage, and phase-loss protection, along with locking mechanisms and automatic recovery delay, preventing equipment damage and ensuring safe switching.

Is it suitable for generator applications?

Yes. The NXZ(H)B supports grid–generator configurations, including automatic generator start/stop and feedback control, making it ideal for standby power systems.

What communication protocols does it support?

The intelligent model uses RS-485 Modbus protocol for integration with energy management and monitoring systems.
