The CHINT NJYW1 Series Liquid Control Relays are designed for automatic control of water levels in tanks, towers, and reservoirs. Operating with AC voltages up to 380 V, they enable fully automated water supply and drainage control. With selectable control distances (1 km or 2 km electrode wire length) and options for pump protection, the NJYW1 provides reliable liquid level monitoring for civil, commercial, and industrial water systems.

What is the primary function of the NJYW1 Liquid Control Relay?

It provides automatic water supply and drainage control, ensuring that liquid levels remain within preset limits in tanks and reservoirs.

 

What are the available model options?

There are four main versions:

NJYW1-NL1 / NL2: Standard water supply and drainage types (1 km or 2 km cable length).

NJYW1-BL1 / BL2: Water supply and drainage types with pump dry-run protection (1 km or 2 km).

 

What voltage and frequency ranges are supported?

The relay operates at AC 36 V, 110 V, 220 V, or 380 V, supporting 50/60 Hz systems.

 

Can it be used for any liquid type?

It is designed for conductive liquids such as clean or process water. It is not suitable for non-conductive or hazardous liquids (e.g., oil, pure water, chemicals).

 

What installation options are available?

It can be DIN rail mounted or panel mounted, providing flexibility for various control panel designs.
