The Habitat Binh Duong is located at the gateway to one of biggest industry park in the South of Vietnam - VSIP, and was developed in response to its multinational tenants' requests for secure, quality housing and amenities as part of the VSIP's work, live, play environment. The phase 2 of Habitat set across three towers, it will deliver approximately 48,460 square meters gross floor area of apartment and retailspace. Residents in phase 2 enjoy access to adult and children swimming pools, a club house with workout area, barbeque and social facilities. All 460 apartment units are sold out.
After corporation of Habitat phase 1, Sunlight continue to provide panels for Habitat phase 2. Last week, the panels for this project have already finished FAT (Factory Acception Test) successfully and received high appreciation from customer. Habitat phase 2 is also one of projects used CHINT components including contactor, digital timer switch, relay and softstarter.
