Co-organized by Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, the MIIT, the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the China Association for Science and Technology, the World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference 2019 (WIMC) opened on October 17.
A number of achievements were released in three key sectors including authoritative report, application case and WIMC lists at the launch ceremony on the first day.
"CHINT Moments" of Workshop Digital Intelligent Manufacturing
The lists of World 10 Scientific and Technological Developments in Intelligent Manufacturing in 2019 and China 10 Scientific and Technological Developments in Intelligent Manufacturing in 2019 were jointly released by the International Intelligent Manufacturing Alliance (in preparation) and the Intelligent Manufacturing Alliance of CAST Member Societies. The Digital Workshop for Customer Premises Electrical Equipment Based on IoT and Energy Efficiency Management, led by CHINT, was successfully included in China 10 Scientific and Technological Developments in Intelligent Manufacturing in 2019.
Reasons for the prize
The Digital Workshop for Customer Premises Electrical Equipment Based on IoT and Energy Efficiency Management is to integrate manufacturing execution, automatic logistics, intelligent storage, energy efficiency management, product lifecycle management and other systems on the basis of the creation of the automation line of the whole process, so as to realize digitalization from design to sales. The introduction of product life cycle management system, virtual simulation and optimization platform to realize digital design can effectively shorten the research and development cycle. Using the robot control, operating bionic design, plane multi degree of freedom precise assembly and 3D vision algorithm, the workshop can realize automatic feeding, assembly, detection, packaging and distribution. This will hence improve efficiency, achieve vertical integration from the equipment control to the production operation, achieve horizontal value chain integration from the customer needs to R&D, production, sales and realize the whole value chain of digital.
Manufacturing with Wisdom to Build Enterprise More Intelligent
Walking into the digital workshop of CHINT, a common intelligent manufacturing concerto are playing by busy robotic arm and orderly production rhythm. Each function area are efficient integrated on the base of CHINT Internet Cloud, information system and Unmanned AGV logistics system.
The Digital Workshop was built from 2015, with investment of 200 million yuan. It took 3 years to establish and put into operation two digital workshops of MCB and ac contactor, realizing automation in the whole production process to deep integration with WMS, ERP systems by IoT. At the same time, the project was listed as one of the 94 intelligent manufacturing new mode application projects published by the MIIT in 2015, and passed the acceptance of experts from the MIIT and the Economy and Information Technology Department of Zhejiang in 2018 with high scores.
Excitingly, the system software and hardware equipment involved in this project are independently developed by CHINT, from improving product design, to realizing "machine replacement" in every process, to the unified data platform and industrial communication network. From the perspective of the industry, CHINT's manufacturing system transformation and upgrading under the guidance of "One Cloud and Two Nets" has gained solid support, and played a driving role in transformation of the upstream and downstream industrial chain, adding a new interpretation to the independent innovation of "Made in China".
